Molly has over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of marketing, strategy and operations, incubating new ideas to drive growth at startups, middle market and Fortune 100 companies. She is a brand and client experience designer with a knack for identifying themes, building diverse teams, and delivering strategic advice across a variety of stakeholders.
Molly served as the founding executive director of wndr museum, a new genre of a for-profit museum aimed at inspiring curiosity through immersive art and science. Under Molly’s leadership the museum was profitable within six weeks of opening and maintained profitability during her tenure. She scaled the museum to an organization with 100 people within four months and moved from a pop-up to a permanent cultural institution in Chicago within five months.
Before joining wndr, Molly spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan as the Executive Director of the Global Event Team ensuring events connect clients and bankers with the creative aspect of designing and maintaining the global event aesthetic. She also previously worked for Jet Set Sports the Official Hospitality Sponsor of the Olympic Games, having worked on the Salt Lake, Athens, Torino and Beijing Olympics. She also opened an office for the company in Sydney, Australia.
Molly’s clients and employers have included Salveo Lifestyle, Chill Meditation and the U.S Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation. She provides marketing expertise on a volunteer basis for Boardbound by Women’s Leadership Foundation of Denver, a leading non-profit dedicated to opening more corporate and community board positions to women. She received her bachelor’s degree in public relations at Drake University and lives in Denver, CO.
