Creative and results-oriented, she’s passionate about employee communications and loves the challenge of building engaged workplace cultures. Drawing on 16 years of corporate experience with several global consumer packaged goods companies, Kim co-founded Fireside Communications in 2018.
Prior to Fireside, she worked in corporate communications roles with KraftHeinz, Sara Lee, WhiteWave Foods and Danone. A trusted advisor to leadership teams, Kim helped these organizations navigate through senior leadership changes, multibillion-dollar acquisitions, spinoffs and divestitures, workforce reductions, and cost-savings initiatives.
She also has a proven record of retooling digital channels and content to meet the changing needs of modern-day leaders and employees – all with an eye on supporting broader business goals and increasing brand ambassadorship amongst employees.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Marquette University. She lives near Boulder, Colo., where she enjoys to hike, camp and cook.
