Mary is the engine that keeps Westmeath moving. An attorney by training whose career has evolved from criminal prosecution to real estate development to her current position as managing partner, her love of research and writing uncovers interesting insights to fuel Westmeath’s marketing and communications plans.

Mary applies her 25 years of business acumen to a variety of industry sectors and client engagements. As a partner in a Chicago commercial shopping center development firm, she negotiated complex land acquisitions, secured governmental approvals and participated in multi-million dollar financing arrangements. Earlier, she handled real estate expansion and development programs for Kmart, Borders Books, Builders Square and PACE Membership Warehouse Club.

Mary serves on the advisory council of the United Service Organizations (USO) of Denver. She attended James Madison College at Michigan State University and received a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Michigan.

Mary earned a J.D. from Wayne State University in Detroit and is a member of the Illinois and Michigan Bar Associations. She is a LEED AP and a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Colorado. A dual citizen of the United States and Ireland, she lives in Colorado, where she enjoys golfing, horseback riding and spending time with her English Springer Spaniel, Boswell.
