Lisa can create a strategy – and then execute it. It’s a dynamic combo that propelled her to senior communications positions at high-profile corporations for more than 25 years.
She led strategic communications for The Body Shop Inc., Barnes & Noble Inc., HarperCollins Publishers and Cengage Learning. Each of these roles involved significant engagement with the C-suite, employees, customers, investors, authors and elected officials.
Lisa has significant expertise in corporate messaging, crisis communications, media relations and corporate social responsibility. She established the social responsibility function for the U.S. division of The Body Shop, which served as the foundation for her additional social responsibility work elsewhere.
She has helped a broad array of clients as a consultant, from Fortune 500 companies to the U.S. Government to family-owned private businesses. She creates and executes social media campaigns, manages media outreach and conducts research and analysis.
Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in journalism from the State University of New York College at Cortland and a master’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University. She serves on the advisory council for First Book, a nonprofit social enterprise celebrating 25 years of delivering possibilities for children in need. Lisa resides in NJ.
