Lindsay is a communications expert and former attorney – a dynamic combination that informs her role as a consultant in litigation and crisis situations.
She was a vice president at Sard Verbinnen & Co., a top U.S. strategic and crisis communications firm. Her clients included Autodesk, Digital Realty, Qualcomm, TIBCO, Stripe and Breyer Capital, among others.
Lindsay works seamlessly with corporate legal and communications teams to address complex situations. She represents clients who are navigating management changes, shareholder activism, regulatory investigations and cyber security issues.
She is adept at learning new industries and performing competitive analyses. She then turns those insights into effective, business-driven communications plans. She’s also skilled at helping leaders create a corporate narrative and comprehensive messaging platform for key audiences.
Lindsay served as a litigation associate for Morrison & Foerster, LLP before entering strategic communications. She chaired a federal jury trial to verdict, defended financial services and consumer class actions and advised clients on employment law issues.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a J.D. and L.L.M. in international and comparative law from Duke University. Lindsay resides in San Francisco.
